How to properly lose 30 pounds the healthy way? No starving myself, no working myself to death.

A question by kindkayleigh1995

Eat lean foods, salads, lots of veggies, and lean meats, plus i would recommend daily exercise, at least 30 minutes of high intensity training daily.. Just sweat it out :)

I was just wondering if you think this cereal is healthy? The ingredients are: Wholegrain Cereals [Oats (69%), Wheat (6%)], Sugar, Almonds (5%), Golden Syrup, Glucose Syrup (Wheat), Malt Extract (Barley), Wheat Flour, Salt, Flavour, Sunflower Oil, Wheat Bran, Honey, Wheat Starch, Acidity Regulator (Trisodium Phosphate), Colour (Annatto), Wheat Germ. Per serving (40g) is 680kJ I don't want to gain any weight from it though .. .

I wouldnt recommend it for weight loss… what if you try making your own granola, with rolled oats, nuts, coconut flakes, and adding fresh fruit, like blueberries. Check out recipes like this from lauren conrad: http://laurenconrad.com/blog/2013/12/diy-gift-guide-homemade-skinny-granola/
You could also make your own breakfast bars, for on the go :)

I would recommend making breakfast yourself, these ready cereals have too much processed items in it
